Day 2 in Zoo Negara (Catherine)

Good morning everyone! Here I am again! This is the second
time for me to go to the Zoo Negara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We went there to
do our volunteering job for our social engagement. We woke up early in the
morning again and everyone was excited to go there again because this is going
to be our last time there as a volunteer. After eating breakfast at McDonald’s, we
arrived at Zoo Negara at 7.45am. The Zoo Negara’s officer separated us into 2
sub-groups and gave us tasks to complete.
This is my sub-group members!!! Very obvious Chiau Yen is our
group leader.
Our group was in charge of reptiles on the second day!!!
This was really challenging for us!!!
First Task: Tortoise (Cleaned their cage and fed them—4 tortoise)
After helping at the tortoise area, we followed the
zookeeper to shift the reptile’s aquarium to the fish aquarium.
Next, we were given another task to feed the rats which are
the food for snakes.
Yeah, that was how we accomplished our day two in Zoo Negara.
